Accounts › Account Statements

You can download your most recent credit card statement in seconds using HDFC NetBanking or the HDFC Smart Banking app. This guide walks you through both flows.

Using NetBanking (web)

  1. Sign in to NetBanking with your customer ID and password.
  2. Select Cards from the left navigation, then Credit Cards.
  3. Choose the card you want and click 'View / Download Statement'.
  4. Pick the statement period — current month, last month, or a custom range up to 12 months.
  5. Click Download to receive a password-protected PDF.
PDF password format: first 4 letters of your name (uppercase) + DDMM of date of birth. Example: AARA1505.

Using the mobile app

  1. Open the HDFC Smart Banking app and tap Cards.
  2. Select your credit card and tap Statements.
  3. Choose the period and tap Share to email or save to files.
Statements older than 12 months are subject to RBI record retention norms. Contact support to request statements beyond 12 months.
